Returns & Exchanges

At Gem Jewelers, we want you to be completely enamored with your new pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, original condition jewelry.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Jewelry

  Place the items in their original Gem Jewelers velvet box and protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
